2. Ordering and Payment

2.2 Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if issues arise, such as pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Delivery

3.1 Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays outside our control may occur.

3.2 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds and exchanges are available for all standard products. Custom orders are non-returnable.

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the product was incorrectly ordered or no longer wanted by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

4.3 Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Warranty

All Rotatech products are manufactured to OEM specifications. We guarantee the quality of our products but do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or order issues.

  • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
